Switching between monthly and annual

You can move between monthly and annual billing. The new rate applies at your next billing date. Start a chat if you'd like to switch and we'll set it up.

Canceling

You can cancel anytime. What happens depends on your plan:

  • Monthly: canceling stops your next charge. The current month isn't refunded, and Lorica keeps running through the period you've already paid for.

  • Annual: if you cancel partway through the year, you're refunded the unused portion, pro-rated.

What happens to your automation and your account

When you close your account, Lorica stops starting new transfers. Any creditor payments already sent will finish going through. Lorica then prompts you to withdraw the settled balance in your clearing account back to your bank by ACH. From that point, keeping up payments to your creditors is back in your hands.

If a creditor payment already went out and you're owed money back, you'd request that refund from the creditor directly — those funds are with them, not with Lorica.
