When subscription refunds apply (pro-rated annual, none for the current month on monthly), what isn't refundable, and how to request one.

When you're eligible for a refund

Refunds depend on your plan:

  • Annual: cancel partway through the year and you're refunded the unused portion, pro-rated to the day.

  • Monthly: canceling stops your next charge. The current month isn't refunded, since Lorica runs through the period you paid for.

What isn't a Lorica refund

Your contributions and creditor payments aren't Lorica charges — that's your money moving to your own clearing account and your creditors. So they're not part of a subscription refund. If a payment already reached a creditor and you're owed money back, you'd work with that creditor directly.

How to request one

Start a chat. A member of our team will confirm the amount and process it. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and can take a few business days to appear.

A charge you don't recognize

If you see a Lorica charge you didn't expect, start a chat and we'll look into it right away.
