When to update your bank
If you switch banks, close an account, or your login stops working, connect a new account so Lorica can keep running your plan.
How to reconnect
Go to the bank connection settings in the app and connect your new account through Plaid, the same way you did at signup. Pick the checking account your income lands in.
What happens to your automation
If your old connection stopped working, Lorica pauses until a working account is linked — so nothing runs on a broken connection. Once your new account is connected and verified, your automation picks back up on its normal schedule.
Your clearing account stays put
Updating your linked bank doesn't change your Lorica clearing account. You're only changing where contributions are pulled from; the clearing account that pays your creditors stays the same.
