Changing or pausing your contribution

How to change your contribution amount or pause and resume — and what pausing does and doesn't do for your creditors.

You're in control

Your contribution isn't locked in. You can change how much you put toward debt, or pause it entirely, whenever you need to.

Changing the amount

Adjust your contribution in the app anytime. The new amount applies to your next cycle — anything already in motion for the current cycle finishes as scheduled.

Pausing

Need a break? Pausing stops Lorica from pulling contributions and sending creditor payments until you resume. Your plan and connected accounts stay in place, so picking back up is one tap.

A note on your creditors

While you're paused, Lorica isn't paying your creditors — so you'll want to keep up at least the minimums on your own until you resume. Pausing Lorica doesn't pause what you owe.

Resuming

Resume anytime, and Lorica picks back up on your next scheduled cycle.
